CREATING THE ACCOUNT 

1. Firstly buy good residential proxies and don't use shit VPN like NordVPN, SurfShark with shit fraud score. You will need to use proxies everytime you login.

2. Buy Fulls from someone ( I recommend buying from trusted members because they will no re-sell the fulls ). Fulls include [ SSN, Drivers License Pics, Selfie, All Info ]

3. Use PayPal on a different browser any browser works. Make sure you don't login to your main browser with the PayPal. 

4. Sign up and use a number from  https://receive-sms-free.cc/  you probably think I'm a dumbass for telling you to use public numbers but its so PayPal can limit you. You can add a proper number later on

5. After signing up you will get a message that your account is limited and you have to submit your documents. Put in the drivers license pics and wait until PayPal verifies you.

6. This is to make sure you are verified, after a couple of days they will verify you and you will now need to add a Textnow number or Googlevoice number.

7. Get a VCC from someone to verify your account and a bank account to verify even further. This will now ensure complete VERIFICATION of your PayPal

8. Change your profile pic and set up everything receive small amounts at start and gradually increase

- Never use a VPN or IP with 10+ Fraud Score
- Don't accept G&S Payments
- Don't send G&S Payments
- Accept F&F Payments Only
- Don't go straight to getting $100+ in your account slowly increase
- Don't let anyone open case
- If a payment gets failed anyhow do not try to redo it. Give it a minimum rest of 24h
